The Rocky River Fire Department will begin the flushing and servicing of fire hydrants starting on Monday, May 11th. While this is taking place on your street you may find rusty water in your line. Simply let your faucet run until the water is clear. This includes running your washing machine through a cycle without laundry. In celebration of America 250, Big Boy No. 4014 will be rolling through Rocky River, full steam ahead, on Monday, June 8th as part of the America 250 historic cross-country tour.
